I squinted a lot when I was younger. I want a fan of eyeglasses but as I got older, I had no choice. Is here a peel or laser treatment ht CM make my deep wrinkles go away? I'd consider a rhinoplasty since I don't have any structure to my nose, will that help improve the aging signs on the bridge of my nose?
Answer: Recommend doing clear and brilliant laser or resurfx to help soften harsh lines Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Treating Nose Wrinkles The wrinkles you are referring to result from contraction of the underlying muscles. The muscles of the face have connections to the skin, which is what allows us to have facial expressions. However, contraction of these muscles over time can cause fine wrinkles to appear on the bridge of the nose, between the eyebrows, in the forehead, and around the eyes ("Crow's feet"). The particular wrinkles you are concerned with are often referred to as "bunny lines," due to the fact that they can be produced by squinting or moving the nose up and down like a bunny. The best way to treat these wrinkles is by using a neuromodulator such as Botox in order to weaken these particular muscles and prevent them from wrinkling the overlying skin. A board-certified physician injector can make sure that the injections are placed in such a way that the lines will fade, but you will still have normal, natural facial expressions. Skin resurfacing or rhinoplasty are more aggressive treatments than needed for this particular issue and would not address the underlying cause. Take care,

Answer: Nose wrinkles The wrinkles across your nose are due to the contractions of the muscle that goes over the bridge of your nose. By using botox, the muscle can relax and the wrinkles will soften or go away. If you have any remaining wrinkles due to thinning of the skin, a superificial filler such as Belotero can be used to fill in the lines and make your skin smooth again. Hope this helps!Johnson C.
