Very mild smile lines but they bother me. Restalyne has worked really well but would like something more permanent
Answer: This can be treated by doing Morpheus8 and Venus viva RF to help soften harsh nasolabial folds Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Nasolabial Folds - Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, RF like VIVA, Peels, Fillers, Skin Care, Face Lift, Fat Injections There are a lot of options for improving the nasolabial folds and this often means fillers for the folds themselves (which you've done) but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. For something long term, in our practice we combine sculptra (which builds collagen over time) with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Laser treatment for mild nasolabial lines Without pictures, it is very hard to throw out recommendations. Firstly, there are longer acting fillers than Restylane. You may want to consider one of these fillers. Secondly, there is a relatively new procedure called the ALMI procedure which injects micronized fat mixed with PRP. I have included the link. These results have been shown to last more than 3 years. Finally, you may want to consider a "laser" procedure such as Exilis Ultra (not technically a laser) which works very well.
