Any way to reverse fat transfer to facial cheeks? 26yo male looking for solution, no matter how crazy. Want my confidence back.

there is really no great resolution for this. I think a lot of the issues is the lighting you are in. although I do notice enlarged cheeks.  if this truly is fat then its hard to reverse. Kybella, steroid/5fu injections, and now people are using ultherapy (numerous pulses) and morpheus (deep needling) to help tighten the area and "shrink it down."  liposuction to this are is really unsafe although there is a NEW treatment call accutite that maybe able to help.  I suggest seeing an expert. sometimes unfortunately though there is no options.  regular RF treatments with inmode forma or legacy at high energy can sometimes help.  a facelift maybe able to help with SMAS fat pad remodeling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You need an in person evaluation. When you see the doctor bring him/her non smiling pre injection  pictures  and an operative report stating how much fat was placed and where. Your face doesn't look so bad in the pics that you sent though vertical lighting and blurred image don't really help much. Microliposuction may be useful,
