I had a trigger point injection into masseter. Doctor bruised the muscle & nicked blood vessels; the bruise faded fast but left a permanent depression. It’s been 10 months & there is remodeling of scar tissue with muscle involvement. Surgeon recommends Facial Fat Transfer. I’d like to know if the fat can establish a blood supply with scar tissue present. I’d rather do nothing than make it worse. It really bothers me but other people don’t notice it. It’s right under my cheekbone. Do you think the muscle fibrosis tethering to the dermis will resolve? Thanks!

RF tightening...
