LED light is sometimes used to help hair grow, change your skin, or do other things. It's typically a very low power treatment and will not be expected to have enough energy to go through the skin to a cartilage graft or chin implant. That would be much too strong. Even a high power CO2 laser is unlikely to be used in a way that would harm an implant.
