I have plates and screws in my cheeks/chin Can I use home devices like Tria Age-Defying Laser/Silkn FaceFX or red light therapy device/ or nuface device? Will they affect those plates in my face?

Thank you for your question, Fraxel and/or CO2 are best for resurfacing, but Erbium is a good alternative. I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening. I ...

Red Light therapy isn't intended or used for fat loss. Red light therapy is generally used to treat skin related issues, such as wrinkles, scars, and wound healing. I suggest discussing the benefits of Red Light therapy with your physician. Best, Dr. Emer.
