I am 19. 5'2 about 150 lbs. And I am a 38 J cup. I have been wanting to get a breast reduction but I have no insurance. I have really bad neck, back problems and my breasts are always sore. Getting a breast reduction will help me out so much. I can't work out because they make it so hard to do so.

its kind of a myth that you can call up a teaching program and get free surgery. Breast reduction is an elective surgery and low on the priority list for scarce resources. The most reliable way to get your surgery would be to look at financing it with something like Alpahaeon credit or Care Credit.
