Hi Lady Lover,Sorry that you have had this experience.  Best to consult with an expert Sculptra injector.  Fortunately you have received only 0.75 vial of Sculptra which should limit how much you react.  Best to see how you react and then restore your facial symmetry as needed.  I would recommend working with a physician injector whom you trust.  The most important aspect of your treatment is that you choose your injecting physician most carefully based on their skill, experience, knowledge, and natural artistic vision.  Good luck and be well.

Using 3/4 of a vial of Sculptra on both sides of the face is actually not a large amount and and after 1 month you should only see a minimal result from that procedure. I would let the collagen building process run its course over the next additional one month and only then address issues if any are present. Good luck from New York City

This is a hard problem to fix easily. Steroids - injected or oral will stop the inflammatory process and therefore decrease collagen formation. They have many undesirable side effects and shouldn't be taken long-term. Also, when you stop them, the collagen will start up again. The only way I see as to reversing the process is possibly 5FU injected with steroids and hope it doesn't come back when the injection wears out.
