I think it is not a common procedure in the West but I've seen clinics in LA, Australia, Singapore, and Korea advertise it and extoll its benefits over fillers (Google search: PDO nose thread lift). For anyone familiar with the procedure, would you recommend it over fillers?

If Botox lasted for six months, that is quite a long time. Usually it lasts 3-5 months for most people. I do think you are too young for a thread lift at 18. In fact you are too young for Botox also. The best advice for you is to limit sun exposure since this will serve you best in the long run....
Hi and thank you for your question! While PDO Thread Lift can be a great procedure for specific indications, generally speaking fillers such as Voluma would be much better choice for reconstructing and raising the nose bridge. I hope it helps and good luck!
