How to fix “sad belly button” after Vaser Liposuction? (Photo)

Hi, I had liposuction done about 8 months ago. The belly button looked great until week 6, then it started sagging and I developed a “sad navel“. I don't have any stretch marks, I haven’t had any kids before, I have very good skin, very fit and I exercise everyday. I did a second Vaser lipo procedure to lift the belly button but I don’t see a change. What can I do to fix this issue? Can I do a thread lift or some non intensive skin tightening to fix the sad belly?
