Pain 4 weeks after rhinoplasty?

I will randomly experience a type of dull pain on my nose bridge and tip (I had a hump removed and the tip brought up). I blew my nose for the first time today and it made my nose swell up and felt painful to do so. My nose still feels very hard at the tip and the bottom and looks very swollen. Is this normal? When will I be able to blow my nose again? Thank you
