I had a rhinoplasty a year & 4 months ago. My upper lip not only appears longer due to my nose being shorter, but it actually covers more of my teeth. My doc didn't say he altered my nasal spine, but that area is now sunken. My septum was shortened, vertical division & overlap used to raise the tip, cephalic strips to narrow cartilages, hump reduced, & nasal bones narrowed. No cartilage grafting. Can a plumping graft restore upper lip to its pre-surgery state? Is columella retracted? 19 yr old
