This can occur especially in cold weather. You should contact your surgeon immediately and send photos to ensure that something more serious is not going on. Some degree of discoloration is normal after rhinoplasty from bruising. Also the swelling can cause the blood to back up causing venous congestion.  Infection does happen but fortunately is uncommon. An exam by your surgeon can help differentiate these possibilities so I suggest contacting him/her. In the meantime ice can help especially if the surgery was just a few days ago.  Warm compresses are useful if it's been about a week or more.  Arnica may hasten clearance of the bruising. Best wishes.
