Oily skin after levulan/IPL. Can you please provide some insight?

After my 2nd IPL with levulan treatment for actinic keratosis I developed very oily skin. It is now 3 months since last IPL and skin still very oily. Is this normal? Will it return to my baseline? Is there anything I can do to help this issue resolve?
