Possible to obtain chiseled nose through Rhinoplasty? (photo)

I agree with those who tell you not to touch your nose. Your nose looks nice and you only risk messing it up with surgery.

The "little lines" that you see on Adriana Lima's nose are actually the edges of her tip cartilage (lower lateral cartilage) which are visible through the skin.  Although your tip can be reshaped, refined and made more narrow, it would be very difficult - if not impossible - to create those lines surgically due to the greater thickness of your skin.  That being said, it's certainly possible to get a more refined and "chiseled" nose with Asian rhinoplasty.  The key to a successful result is to find an Asian rhinoplasty specialist with the skills and expertise to deliver the aesthetics you find attractive.  

A rhinoplasty will give you a much narrower nose. How narrow will be determined by your skin thickness see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

The amount of definition visible on the tip depends on the thickness of the skin and the strength and shape of the underlying cartilage. By thinning the skin using an open external surgical approach to rhinoplasty and cartilage grafting and reshaping, you can get a more "chiseled" nasal tip.
