I agree with those who tell you not to touch your nose. Your nose looks nice and you only risk messing it up with surgery.

The "little lines" that you see on Adriana Lima's nose are actually the edges of her tip cartilage (lower lateral cartilage) which are visible through the skin.  Although your tip can be reshaped, refined and made more narrow, it would be very difficult - if not impossible - to create those lines surgically due to the greater thickness of your skin.  That being said, it's certainly possible to get a more refined and "chiseled" nose with Asian rhinoplasty.  The key to a successful result is to find an Asian rhinoplasty specialist with the skills and expertise to deliver the aesthetics you find attractive.
