I have an asian nose, and although everyone tells me it's really cute and I like it...I want to get rhinoplasty to get a more "chiseled" nose. Am I able to obtain the little lines at the bottom of these noses and still look natural? How is that done if possible? I've never had plastic surgery done before. Thank you so much in advance!

It's probably in your best interest to wait a very long time months if not a few years before attempting any other revisions. Also using your own cartilage is going to be a better option if redness and visibility of implant material has been a problem.
