Im asian,had 4 rhinoplasty/revisions,nose is SO crooked/uneven nostrils! What needs to be done to fix/rebuild? Who is right doc?

The issues you had with the redness in your tip and the tilting of your implant may be reduced with the use of tissue from your own body (autologous grafts).  Autologous grafts have a much lower rate of infection and migration because they become incorporated into your nose and fully become a part of it, instead of remaining as a foreign body like Silicone and Gore-tex grafts do.  It is possible to achieve significant refinement and augmentation with autologous grafts just like synthetic grafts.  Given the number of surgeries you have already had, if you do choose to pursue revision surgery autologous grafting is a much more long-term solution.  It's also important you choose an Asian rhinoplasty specialist experienced in challenging revision surgery.  

it's probably in your best interest to wait a very long time months if not a few years before attempting any other revisions.  Also using your own cartilage is going to be a better option if redness and visibility of implant material has been a problem.

I am sorry to hear about your ongoing issues. It is diffiicult to see the exact problems in your nose in the pictures you submitted. Physicians who perform revision rhinoplasty, whether Asian or not, will be able to give you an opinion during a consultation. Minor corrections can be achieved with filler substances. I would suggest to start with your current surgeon, if at all possible, and get his or her suggestions.
