Does a nose with lots of graft look fake in real life?

There is nothing wrong with using cartilage grafts, but their use, especially in revision rhinoplasty can be very tricky.  Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon with plenty of experience in revision  rhinoplasty to give your the best outcome.
