Is normal to have the white stuff on your incision? (photos)

It is difficult to tell from your photograph without examination of the white area can be an area of lack of blood supply to the skin.  You need to be examined in person by her plastic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.  I doubt this is infection.

It is not possible to determine what is going on based on your phoito and description.  Although I think an infectiuon is unlikely, you need to be seen and evaluated by your surgeon to make sure.  Best of luck.
