Is normal to have the white stuff on your incision? (photos)

i just had breast augmentation about 1 1/2 week ago. i went from an A to full C . Silicone. i have minimal drainage still in pain but I'm taking my antibiotics 2 times a day. Please is it normal is it an infection? should i worry about it?
