Hello Rosetta, Unfortunately the effectiveness of natural treatments for skin tightening as far as I am aware has not been substantiated. Things which contribute to good skin tone/elasticity include never smoking, avoiding sun exposure, keeping hydrated, applying moisturizer to the skin and possibly massage combined with a healthy diet and exercise all play a part. Medical/minimally invasive methods for skin tightening of the abdomen without a tummy tuck have improved over the last several years, although there are no magic bullets. Coolsculpt which freezes the fat has shown mild to moderate tightening of the skin along with its primary purpose of reduction of fatty tissue. Other non-invasive methods include thermage, whereas minimally invasive methods of Thermitight which heats up the skin, or laser liposuction (Slimlaser) has also been shown to tighten the skin.
