6.5 months after Tummy Tuck, I have a severe burning/pulling sensation on one side of my pubic area. Is this normal?

I had a tt more than 6 months ago. About two months ago I started having a painful burning sensation on the right side of my pubic area. I was afraid it was a hernia but my primary care doctor ruled that out via ultrasound. It seemed to feel better at one point after a stomach area massage. If I twist my torso too quickly, such as slamming the car door too hard or stepping sideways over something, the burning sensation severe. What could be the cause of this pain? Is this normal after tt?
