How long after a bbl will i have to wait to do 360 smart lipo, will massages shorten the time i have I to wait for the 360 lipo, I'm a bigger patients so 2 rounds will be necessary to achieve the result i desire or vice versa even if i do 360 lipo first there will be plenty left for the BBL, thank you

I see no reason at all to undergo liposuction first and come back to perform a BBL.  This should be done at the same time for many reasons including having enough fat to perform the BBL, avoiding scar tissue and contour issues during the second case, and avoiding additional surgery.Best wishes and good luck.

I would recommend doing the 360 BBL first, then reevaluate your results with some diet and exercise.  If round 2 is warranted then you always have the option to add more fat to your buttock in the event you wanted more.  If you had the 360 first, and you wanted a larger buttock you may not have enough during the second roundHope this helps

BBL or Brazilian Butt Lift is a nickname for fat injections to the buttocks. The fat is removed by liposuction, purified, then injected on the same day. If you want to do more than one session of fat injections to the area, you should wait at least 3 months for the first round of injected fat to establish a reliable blood supply. Massage has no bearing on this. However, if you plan is to take the fat from the same area that was liposuctioned at the first session, I would recommend that you wait longer fo rthe harvest site to recover from the first session.

You want to do 360 liposuction at the same time as fat transfer. That way, you are contouring your waist, back and belly and using the fat to finish off curves with a BBL.Vaser ultrasound liposuction gives similar skin tightening as Smart Lipo and still allows for better fat transfer. (Smart Lipo kills the fat and cannot be used for the liposuction in a BBL).An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

In our practice, we usually wait 3 months between surgeries unless the same areas are being treated, in which case we allow 6 months for postoperative swelling and hypervascularity from the previous procedure to subside.
