Because there is no evidentiary data to suggest otherwise, your results after 360 lipo with j-plasma should be about the same as without j-plasma. It appears you've had children and are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck, and no 'skin tightening' procedure can tighten skin enough to replace a skin removing surgery. For reference, j-plasma and other skin tighteners shrink skin on the order of millimeters, which does not make a significant clinical difference in appearance. A tummy tuck would likely remove 4 to 8 inches of vertical skin from the midline of your belly, in addition to tightening the muscle wall, and would have a profound difference in the appearance of your belly. Choosing a surgeon who places the incision very low would also improve the overall aesthetic appearance of your belly as well.
you will not get a great result from liposuction + renuvion alone, you look as if you have a lot of loose skin that needs skin removal. if you do liposuction + renuvion you will be smaller but still have loose skin.my whole practice is doing lipoabdominoplasty, or at least liposuction with internal heating (which is not the gold standard for skin tightening with body contouring).the smaller you are before liposuction the more contouring you can get from the procedure. most of my liposuction patients get pre and post surgical optimization with hormonal therapy (see link to help boost their weight loss before surgery and help them heal after). You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring. Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty). Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. Hi and thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you are good candidate for vaser liposuction. Your skin quality is good, and you don’t have too much skin excess. But there is some stretch marks below the belly button. That means after the surgery you may get some skin excess in that area. Vaser liposuction can be done for your tummy, sides, upper and lower back. With this combination you can get slimmer and athletic belt appearance. If you want, aspirated fat can be used for increasing your butt size (Brazilian Butt Lift). Total operation takes 3-3,5 hours. After the surgery you should use corset (compressive garment) for six weeks. You can see 80% of your final results 2-2,5 months after the surgery. In my practice I prefer the combination of vaser (ultrasonic liposuction), microaire ( power assisted liposuction) and j Plasma ( for skin tightening) by this combination we get more smooth liposuction appearance. After the surgery you should get lymphatic drainage massage. This massage is very important for proper recovery. For more information you can contact me by sending and inquire or via WhatsApp Best of lucks.
Thank you for your photos 360 liposuction with j plasma will do the best for your back area. The skin is thicker and more elastic in that area so the liposuction will help remove the fat and j plasma can help tighten your skin. Unfortunately liposuction in the front of your abdomen will likely make your skin appear more loose and saggy. It appears you have significant excess skin in the front as well as stretch marks. It is unlikely that the liposuction with j plasma will be enough to make your skin appear tight. You will probably need a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin in the front. The only way to determine this for sure is to have an in-office evaluation to examine your skin and tissue quality. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MDBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Based on your pictures you are not a really great liposuction candidate.Your fat layer is moderately thick and you have moderate skin laxity. The front of your abdomen will more or less look the same but your skin will come closer to your abdomen by about 3/4 of an inch. Expect the sides to come in 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. The biggest potential improvement Will be on your back side reducing your love handles.Well done liposuction will mimic losing a significant amount of weight. If liposuction is not done well then the results will be less than.My first hand experience using J plasma for about a year delivered zero noticeable skin tightening. I have since sold the device because it didn’t deliver. To get an impressive result you probably need a full tummy tuck. It’s a little hard to make an assessment based on the pictures alone. The ideal candidate for Liposuction is what I call the “perfect triad” and is young, tight and pudgy. It looks to me like you have pregnancy related changes of your abdomen and these are not treated by liposuction because pregnancy does not cause changes in fat distribution.Pregnancy related changes are specifically muscle separation call diastases recti and abdominal skin laxity. If you just want your midsection to be a little smaller Liposuction will do that just fine. if you’re looking for a modest improvement Liposuction may be perfect for you.Look for before and after pictures of patients with the same degree of skin laxity and thickness of subcutaneous fat in the before pictures. you can have an improvement but improvement would be much greater from a tummy tuck. In many ways you’re a much better candidate for Liposuction on your back side and you are a lesser candidate for Liposuction on your front side. The reason for that is the front side has pregnancy related changes and these are not treated with Liposuction.Forgive me if I’m being a little pacifistic. You may be a much better candidate than I’m guessing.Likewise, some people are thrilled with just subtle improvements while others need a transformation to justify having the procedure.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Thank you for the question and photos but an examination is really needed and discussion of desired results. So go on some complimentary consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination and become fully informed about the desired procedure Dr Corbin
When it comes to liposuction, various types of technology improve the results; J plasma is a technology used to increase the retraction of skin to the muscle by radiofrequency; however, based on your pictures, it may not be enough in your case. It appears that you have a lot of extra skin in your abdomen, which means that you will need a TUMMY TUCK, with this procedure we can remove fat and sagging skin in your abdominal wall and offer a natural and curve figure, in our case, we use MICROAIRE, which increases the amount of fat that we can remove, decreases the pain after the surgery and the bruises on the recovery process, usually, our surgery covers your upper, medium, and lower back your upper, medium, and lower abdomen, arms, and waist. The full liposuction recovery process takes about 3 months, but that doesn't mean you'll be in bed the entire time; you'll need at least two weeks for the entire surgery program, which includes labs, medical appointments, surgery, and lymphatic massages; after two weeks, the painful time is over, but you'll feel swollen, and that sensation will last until two months after surgery, Finally, in your third month, you can see the final result and why so many people perform liposuction around the world; however, before making any decisions, schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
