Hello, I had a mucocele on my bottom lip removed ten years ago. The surgery left either some of the mucocele behind or it might be scar tissue. There’s now a bump on my bottom lip and I wanted to know what options I had to make my bottom lip look balanced and even. What procedures are available to fix this problem?

It appears to me as though a scar revision could be done to improve the scar on your lower lip after your accident. This would be a fairly minor procedure that could be done in the office. I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.
