It seems leg hair eyelash transplant is not common, there aren't very many doctors doing them. My eyelashes are sparse and thin. I hate wearing fake eyelashes or getting eyelash extensions, as they cause my eyelashes to fall out. I have used Latisse, which makes my eyelashes very dry and I saw little results after 1 year. I have used Revitalash with minimal results. I would love to get hair transplant on my eyelashes, but not with my nape hair which is thin and very straight. I'm interested in the leg hair transplant. My concern is that there is not much info out there on this. Why?

Answer: Leg hair can be used for eyelash transplants
It is possible but in most cases unnecessary since lower eyelash is naturally not as prominent and its aesthetic results are not as important. You need to do it with a doctor who has plenty of experience in eyelash transplant.
Immediate consultation with an MD experienced in treating alopecia is in order. The sooner your condition is diagnosed, the more likely the treatmentwill be effective. In the meantime apply Rogaine to the affected area as directed by the label.
Definitely see a dermatologist about this one. There are too many reasons why you might be losing your eyelashes to trust this question to an internet reply. Lots of treatments exist - but you need a diagnosis first from a qualified medical professional!
Good Luck!
