Eyelash loss but thyroid is normal

Experiencing extreme lash loss and only my ferritin is coming back low at 16.... Could this be the reason they haven't grown back? I Had my thyroid tested many times and I am in the center of all the reference ranges. I don't know what to do at this point

The best thing to do is to followup with your doctor and discuss with them.  However, it can be normal to have swelling after eyelash transplantation and it is not unusual for the swelling to be uneven (one side being greater than the other). Swelling usually resolves around day 4-5.
