Would micropigmentation/scar tattoo on nose before rhinoplasty be risky? (Photo)

Great question!  You should be able to get the micorpigmentation 1.5 months before having a rhinoplasty performed without affecting the results.  That should be plenty of time for any of the swelling resulting from the procedure to subside before your surgery.  However, you should definitely let your surgeon know and follow his/her recommendation.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

I would advise having the rhinoplasty done first.  If the nose is smaller the area of hypopigmentation may be less noticeable.  Trying to correct the pigment with tattoo will be pretty tricky. You may be better off just using makeup to cover it as needed.

You would understandably like to improve the scar appearance as well as achieve the desired changes from rhinoplasty.  I would recommend that you do the rhinoplasty first to make sure there are not issues such as persistent swelling from the scar treatment techniques.  Then you can more precisely deal with the scar following healing of your new nasal appearance.
