Without better pre-and postoperative photographs it's impossible to comment on your situation. If you're dissatisfied discuss this with your surgeon and also consider investing in a second opinion.

This is a very uncommon scenerio.  I suggest you post before photos and discuss your unhappiness with your physician.  For all those areas, if you had significant need for contour, you should have had a good change in size and improvement in shape. Sorry to hear about your troubles. It would be helpful to post before and after photos for comparison. I see lots of bruising, but lots of bruising may mean aggressive surgery, but not successful fat removal. Do you know how much fat was removed? Did you have a board-certified plastic surgeon? It sounds like you followed all directions, so I would start by reviewing before/afters with your surgeon and having a long discussion. A second opinion would be helpful. Most plastic surgeons do not do FULL BODY liposuction. Liposuction is an excellent method to improve contour by removing fat. It is not weight loss. Unfortunately results are not nearly as good when patients are not fully informed about their responsibilities to be healthier.

I'm sorry, but it looks as if you were sold a Rolls Royce, when all you wanted was  a Chevy  Lipo should be healed within 6 weeks, and if you really needed the surgery the results should be obvious to you by that time.  I would recommend another opinion from a BOARD CERTIFIESD PLASTIC SURGEON.
