Hi everyone, i hate my cheeks when i smile. They get round and so wierd. I think there is fat there but im not fat anywhere. Is there something i can do?

The "right amount" of buccal fat removal depends on the patient's anatomy. Patens with very chubby face may require excision of the entire buccal fat. Patients with mild chubbiness may require suboptimal excision.
