I just got my butt implants a few days ago. It looks a bit flat is that normal?

If so how long does that last? Also after the 6 week period am I able to do squats and lunges? Will that still allow the butt to grow more or is the implant as big as it gets?I will be taking off the bandages today too but I"m just wondering if they look small in the beginning AND FLUFF UP later??
