I have big protruding eyes (inherited, not a disease). Is cosmetic orbital decompression a good option? (Photo)

I have no self confidence because of my eyes. I also feel tired & lazy because my eyelids are heavy. Is cosmetic orbital decompression safe? Would the surgery be less complicated since I do not have graves' nor thyroid disease? & how much is the total cost of the surgery? Thank you
