I am 5'4, 145 lbs woman with a 36G breast size. Could my chest size have something to do with my hip and lower back pain?

Very large breasts not only can cause a reduction in the normal curve of the upper and mid-back region but will likely also cause severe low back pain. When the upper vertebrae of the spine are altered, the lower vertebrae then assume more stress. I don't believe that losing weight can substantially reduce the size of your breast and thus reducing your hip pain. I doubt heavy breasts have much to do with your hip pain, but could be a contributing factor to your back pain.You don't sound like you have a lot of weight to lose so maybe it's time to see an experienced surgeon to talk about a breast reduction procedure.

Possible but no one can say 100% for sure. Anecdotally I can tell you that having Heard similar stories many times, and doing breast reductions on this Type of patient, they will often see a significant improvement in these symptoms. Problem is no one can say for sure.
