TCA cross is not a great treatment for pitted scars in oily skin with pitted scars and if done wrong can cause much worse scarring that is difficult to fix. Skilled laser resurfacing and or excision of the scars while on Isotretinoin (Accutane to reduce the oil) is the best treatment option in my hands.
