I take 2.5 mg proscar for 1 year. If I switch to a lower dose of proscar (1.25 mg), will I lose hair?

1. I had a successful hair transplant 8 months ago 2. I have started taking 2 ml daily of 5% minoxidil.

Direct sun exposure is not generally recommended after surgery. If you are concerned it is best to check with your doctor for a recheck.

If your surgery did not work last time, and you decided to have another surgery , isn't it too late to ask if it will work the 2nd time?  You would have to wait and see.

If you do not like your high forehead or hair recession, a hair transplant surgery may be an option.  You can start by seeing a doctor in person for an examination and consultation.

In general the term hair graft is synonymous with a hair follicle.  A graft generally means a tissue for transplantation.  In modern hair transplant surgery a hair graft is a hair follicle.

If you're under a bright light your hair will look thinner. If you are in dark place your hair will look thicker.  If you want to know what your hair looks like to other people, you can simply ask them.

It is best to ask your doctor about using minoxidil on your donor area. In general it is not recommended and would likely have little to no benefit.
