Can hyaluronic acid (Juvederm) cause multiple myeloma cells to grow more rapidly?

Myelomawarrior
I recently read a medical journal that stated that hyaluronic acid can help accelerate myeloma cells. However, I am unsure if this means if it is ingested or used for fillers. Can a doctor please explain in layman's terms what this meant? Could my fillers have accelerated my cancer? Can I get it again in the future?
