I am a "thin" bbl patient 5'4 1/2 129 11 weeks. I don't really like the hips my doctor gave me I feel they are too high and looks out of place . The high hips makes my butt look square sometimes. Like the opposite of an upside down heart. I am pretty active , stairs weights running , can I reshape my butt by working out? I'm glad I have the extra fat to build more muscle but don't really like the hip shape. Feel it makes my butt look wide. The top of my butt bugs me.
