Can heart shaped buttocks be achieved? (photos)

Thanks for your question. I believe you mean an inverted heart shape. This can certainly be achieved. Your buttocks appear to be square shaped. The shape can be shaped by giving you some hips, in such a way to resemble an inverted heart. Please consult with a plastic surgeon experienced in the BBL procedure.
