Please help me figure this out ima kinda going crazy thinking about what it might be its been 6 days since bbl i have been taking muscle relaxers i had a fat transfer to the but ...i have been experiencing beach wav sounds in my ears when i lay down it happens the most im scared i might lose my hearing should i go the hospital??

Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.You have to give your body at least 12 weeks to start...
If you are two days away from surgery and you are actively treating a tooth infection, then it is probably best to delay your BBL surgery. Best to review with your surgeon.
