Thank you for your question. Every surgeon will have his/her own preferences as to recovery for specific procedures. We have no specific position is indicated and we do not have any sitting restrictions. The pressure caused by sitting is not sufficient to affect viability of the fat cells and so the postsurgical position depends basically on comfort and any other operations that have been performed. Best is to follow your specific surgeon's advice.
I recommend my patients to refrain from sitting for the first two weeks after surgery. Then, patients can use a special BBL pillow for short durations for a few weeks. Consult your surgeon since each surgeon has a slightly different protocol.
I prefer patients do not sit on their buttocks for 2-3 weeks after a BBl. It might be a good idea to use that for several weeks. Each doc is different and you should ask yours.
Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon. You have to give your body at least 12 weeks to start...
If you are two days away from surgery and you are actively treating a tooth infection, then it is probably best to delay your BBL surgery. Best to review with your surgeon.
It will be safe to dye your hair before surgery. Chemicals in hair products will not have an adverse effect on anaesthetic or surgical procedure's. Enjoy your new hair color.
