This should not affect your BBL in  any way.  However, as your surgery approaches, make sure you discuss any questions you have with your surgeon.Best of luck!

Hair dye should  not impact your surgery. My facelift patients I tell to avoid coloring their hair for about 3-4 weeks after surgery.

it will be safe to dye your hair before surgery.  Chemicals in hair products will not have an adverse effect on anaesthetic or surgical procedure's.  Enjoy your new hair color.
