I notice when I smile I get this bulge at the sides if my cheeks what could be causing this? And is there a way to get rid of it?

The type of surgical approach is based on the surgeon's preference and the results he can obtain. I prefer a temporal approach and like Endotine fixation. Fat grafting is also helpful.
