Retin A titrated means a dose regime that will not irritate your skin. Common sense- if you do get skin irritation use less, dilute, or moisturise more. Leave this alone for 4 months, a good 70-80% of grids will go within 8-12 months. If not- I would use fully ablative lasers (especially if you have acne scars) or conversely a gentle laser like C and B 1927, high density. Fraxel 1927 is another option, once again high density over passing the affected areas. Your specialist who performed the Fraxel CO2 should know all the tricks to remove grids, a common problem with older generation pixelated fractional lasers.
