Fraxel Repair laser damage. What can I do for pinhole scars? (Photo)

laser grid marks from fraxel repair. Skin was rough and dry. 4 month mark i just rubbed off the scabby top of skin. Hid my face with a hoodie in the summer. almost two years since my fraxel. My cheek area skin is much thicker compared to the rest of my face. laser pinhole scars where i used to just have normal sized pores. I can see where skin texture changed between cheek and the under eye skin area. The cheek area below my eyes has an orange peel look and looks dry even though its not.
