I got 350cc's 9 years ago, and after having a baby, would like them deflated. I plan to have another baby and breastfeed within the next 3 years, and would be getting an explant and lift then (when I'm finished having children) at the advice of a doctor I spoke to on real self. How do I find a doctor to deflate my saline implants in the meantime? I don't see this as an option for most plastic surgeons.
