I had a genioplasty 9 months ago, and while I'm happy with the overall result, I dislike the deep mentolabial fold which has resulted. It makes my chin look weird and short. I have on Photoshop "filled" in the fold ever so subtly. How can I achieve this same look non-surgically?

While the change in depth of the labiomental fold seems subtle, that is a lot harder to achieve than one would think. The fold has gotten deeper because the sliding genioplasty has made a 'stair-step' in the underlying bone as the chin has come forward but the anatomic position of the fold remains the stay. Injectable fillers is certainly worth a try from a non-surgical standpoint but it will take more filler volume than you might imagine. From a surgical standpoint pushing out the fold can be done with a labiomental fold and fat grafting or cadaveric dermis placed behind it.

the best way to achieve is first first do jaw surgery. Second is sliding genioplasty with Down grafting. Third, which is a non surgical, is do fillers.
