I had a genioplasty 9 months ago, and while I'm happy with the overall result, I dislike the deep mentolabial fold which has resulted. It makes my chin look weird and short. I have on Photoshop "filled" in the fold ever so subtly. How can I achieve this same look non-surgically?

Early recovery after a geneoplasty is 5 to 7 days. The bone is pretty much completely healed and full strength at around 6 weeks. There is some continued healing that continues for months, however I generally counsel patients to begin Sports at around 6 weeks.
Technically you can have a sliding genioplasty after a prior genioglossus advancement procedure anytime 6 months afterwards. There is about the bone piece used for the genioglossus procedure that would preclude the bone cut for a sliding genioplasty.
