Do facial implants age well?

Of course it would help to see photos and know your age.  I am generally not  a fan of facial implants.  Chin implants are okay in selected patients.  Fat injections are highly touted but I think are a waste of time and money.  Often get lumpy or resorb with time.  Other injectables are okay when used conservatively but can get expensive over the long term.

Cheek implants are placed through and intraoral approach under general anesthesia underneath the periosteum directly over the maxillary bone. Once the implants are in place, they are a bony augmentation. The soft tissues of the face including the skin, fat, and muscle are all above the implants and aging process will continue over the top of them.
