Am I a good candidate for facial implants? I believe I have mild hypoplasia and an underdeveloped maxilla. 28/F (Photo)

Because of this, my smile lacks incisal show and I have a negative vector for a tear trough. I would like to get an infraorbital/malar implant to fill out that area, and I prefer implants (I think) as a permanent method. I've had fat before, but I believe this to be a skeletal issue. Might I benefit from paranasal and/or premax implant? Based on my photos, would that improve the appearance of my mouth? Currently, my upper lip tends not to roll out when I smile and it feels tight, and looks aged.
