Because of this, my smile lacks incisal show and I have a negative vector for a tear trough. I would like to get an infraorbital/malar implant to fill out that area, and I prefer implants (I think) as a permanent method. I've had fat before, but I believe this to be a skeletal issue. Currently, my upper lip tends not to roll out when I smile and it feels tight, and looks aged.
