If performed with the appropriate settings, laser hair removal over a scar should be perfectly safe.  It may even improve the scar over time!

You could try prp and progesterone injections to encourage hair growth to the area. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hair loss expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I suggest seeing an expert for treatment options.  This area is easily treated with laser hair removal and will require a series of treatments, but will give you better results after each session. Diode lasers are typically the best treatment for laser hair removal. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
