Excel V or V Beam for very very thin veins? (0.1mm or less)

I have a number of veins on my nose that are extremely thin (0.1mm or less), but are arranged in a way that makes up a long line, so that makes it pretty noticeable. They have been treated before and went from thicker and darker to more faded and thin, but I want them completely gone. Which laser does the best job targeting veins like that?
