I had a Cutera Excel V treatment done today and once I got home I noticed a very dark red/blue area on my nostril consisting of individual, very dark red veins and what seems to be blood trapped under the skin. What bothers me is that you can see the distinctive veins, which appear to be much much darker and thicker than the ones I had before the treatment. I figure the trapped blood may dissolve over time, but the deep thick veins got me paranoid. Will these disappear or get better?
