Does eating and drinking certain things affect the way Kybella works? And does exercise help speed the process?

I am 4 weeks post Kybella and the hardened lump wont go away. I am a thin athletic 43 year old. I have much more of a double chin now than I had before treatment. I'm also very numb still and I have lumps. I was told to massage the area but is there anything else I can do personally to help the process? I've had problems with my immune system, could that be a factor why it's taking so long or does that not have an impact? Thanks
