Sculptra takes about 3-4 months to start to take full affect and show results. If you are unhappy with the treatment; Venus Legacy and 5fu/steroid injections may help reverse the results. However, typically the sculptra will last 2-3 years when at full correction.  See an expert for a formal ...

The particles are gone very quickly but the response to the particles lasts 6-12 months.  I suggest PDT therapy, long term minocycline and NSAIDS and to start long term RF treatments like exilis and/or venus legacy.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hello, Sculptra is an excellent option but does take generally a series of treatment to reach optimal potential.  The results are gradual yet sustained over a longer period of time vs. traditional injection products.  At your young age, you would also benefit from a filler such as Restylane LY...

I often use combination treatments to improve the appearance of the brow and “sunken” hollow upper eyelids or under eye areas that may include Sculptra and the use of hyaluronic acid fillers. I suggest a formal consultation with an expert who specializes in combination treatments. Best, Dr. Emer
